If for some reason you are not happy with an order you received, please let us know in a timely manner. Below is our guidelines to qualify for our 150% Satisfaction Promise.
- You must notify us within 24-hours of your order being delivered to you this can be done via phone (336-666-5111), online ticket or email (support.desk@csne.online). If you do not notify us within 24-hours of your order being placed, we will not be able to resolve your concern or may only provide you with a future credit or refund for up to 100% of the item cost based on when you notify us of the issue.
- If you notify us within 24-hours of the delivery we will provide you a 150% refund of the item of concern.
- If you notify us more than 24-hours but less than 48-hours of the delivery we will provide you a 100% refund of the item of concern.
- If you notify us more than 48-hours but less than 72-hours of the delivery we will provide you a 50% refund of the item of concern.
- If you notify us more than 72-hours of the delivery we will not provide you with any refund of the item of concern; However, the customer service specialist assigned to your issue may issue a future credit towards your next order. This statement is NOT a guarantee that you will receive a future credit on your account.
- Tell us in detail what was wrong with your order that you received.
- Let us know what kind of resolution would make you a satisfied customer. If you do not provide us with a resolution, or a resolution that we cannot make happen, we will provide you with a refund of 150% for the item that caused the issue. We do not refund entire orders.
- We always ask that you check your order upon delivery so that we may take care of the issue immediately.
Be advised that any suspected abuse of our 150% Satisfaction Promise will have your delivery address and phone number placed on our do not deliver list permanently.
