When booking using a Groupon Voucher, you will charged a deposit of one-half (1/2) of the amount of payment amount to Groupon for your appointment voucher.  This amount will be held by CSN Enterprises d/b/a Serene Pleasure until after your appointment has been serviced, so long, as you do not make any changes or cancel your appointment in direct violation of Serene Pleasures Change and Cancellation Policy.  You agree that should you make any changes or cancel your appointment your deposit may be forfeited in whole or in part and used against any fees/penalties that you may incur for changing or cancelling your appointment.  Should you not change or cancel your appointment or incur any other fees/penalties your deposit will be refunded to you within 3 business days after your appointment has been serviced.  You also have the right to notify CSN Enterprises d/b/a Serene Pleasure to withhold any amount of your deposit for a tip to your massage therapist.
