If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours of your appointment time that was booked using a Groupon voucher, the following will take place regarding your Groupon appointment and voucher:

  1. We will notify Groupon that you cancelled your appointment in violation of our standard cancellation policy, and that we intend to seek payment from Groupon on your voucher and that your voucher shall not be refunded to you.
  2. If Groupon fails to pay us for your voucher and/or provides a refund to you for your voucher, then you shall be invoiced for the cancellation penalty amount as outlined below:
    1. If Groupon does refund your voucher, then your appointment would no longer be considered under our Agreement with Groupon and their fine print no longer applies to the appointment cancellation maximum.  Therefore, in this case you shall be invoiced for 100% of the service cost as if you booked directly with Serene Pleasure.
    2. If Groupon does not refund your voucher, meaning we are paid for the voucher from Groupon then nothing more is owed from you to Serene Pleasure for cancelling your appointment.

If you cancel an appointment greater than 24 hours of your appointment time that was booked using a Groupon voucher, the following will take place regarding your Groupon appointment and voucher:

  1. We will notify Groupon that you cancelled your appointment in violation of our standard cancellation policy, and that your voucher is eligible to be refunded to you.
  2. We will use your deposit as the penalty for cancelling your appointment, nothing more is owed from you to Serene Pleasure for cancelling your appointment.
